CREATE A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION AT OFFICE

Everyone is nervous about the first day of a new job. Your mind goes with a strong hit- Do I look good? Does my face look fine? How is my footwear? Is my hairdo okay? All of these questions hit a girl’s mind on the first day of the office.

Go with the most comfortable pair of footwear you can think of, as you don’t want them feet to get sore at the end of the day. If you’re a fashionista, no one can stop you from wearing a pair of those chunky heels or maybe even the stilettos. After all, girls have a never-ending list of alternatives.

Today I’m gonna help you find ways to dress up to create a good impression on the fellow mates at the office.

THE BASIC WHITE TEE

It’s time that you take out the white t-shirt from your closet and style it like you own it girl! Wear your white t-shirt tucked into your pants, be it a pair of denims or a pair of flared trousers.

SLIP DRESS IS A YES DARLING!

If you have a slip dress lying at the back of your closet, get it out and wear if to office. Yes, you can wear it to work, unless it has sequins and all the party shimmer. Wear it upon a turtleneck, a plain t-shirt or a plain button-down shirt and you’re good to go.

GO MONOCHROME

The trend says it all, monochrome is the new combo. Wear a bottom of the same colour as that of your top or shirt. Go on with a pair of contrast coloured footwear and your colleagues will go all gaga over your looks.

PRINTED KURTI?

Every girl owns a plain or a printed Kurti. Wearing it with a pair of leggings is so boring and out of fashion now. Try wearing it with a pair of jeans, maybe a bell-bottomed one, if you wanna look glam.

Special tip: Tuck the front of the Kurti into the jeans and it’ll work as a long cape from the behind.

KNEE-LONG SKIRT

A knee long skirt looks just adorable and decent. It’s a great option when you want to look good and create an imprint on the other person’s mind at the same time. Wear it up with your favourite blouse, it can be monochrome or even of contrasting colours.

Note: It’s always better to first know the dress code of a place you’re going to work at.
